GETTING LEAN

Leanness is actually quite easy to achieve once it is properly understood. Comments like “It sounds like a miracle” or “This is too good to be true” are not uncommon. But it has to be pointed out that only a few decades ago there was no obesity epidemic and fatness levels were one third of what they are today. And this was at a time when the diet consisted of 25% MORE saturated fat, much less exercise, and far fewer people seriously dieted.

So by doing next to nothing to be lean, they were an astonishing three times leanner than today's population. And before you think it was because of manual work, these statistics included office workers too. And manual workers today suffer similar obesity levels and sickness as the general population (an inconvinient truth the gym industry studiousley ignores).

Thus every attendee can expect dramatic results regardless of present figure, age or health. The L.E.A.N. presentations have been put together for anyone who wishes to avoid (or escape) constitutional fatness, early ageing and associated health consequences. The transformation into constitutional leanness is not only obtainable by anyone, but is also remarkably easy to accomplish.

A) Achievable: A person of average ability and motivation must be able to adopt lifestyle habits without undue effort to achieve effective weight control, health and youthfulness.

B) Affordable: Any expense of the new lifestyle must be more than offset by the savings made.

C) Sustainable: Eliminated from our methods were anything involving hunger, excessive exercise, calorie counting, severely restricted dieting, gimicks and other such nonsense. “Sustainable lifestyle is habitual lifestyle”.
